ARMAX ammunition conditioning case in a precision shooting workspace

Premium ammunition conditioning system

ARMAX

Control the climate. Own the shot.

Active heating, cooling, humidity discipline, live telemetry, and signed factory QA for shooters who refuse to let sun, pickup heat, cold wind, or damp air decide the starting condition of their ammunition.

The money line

Your rifle is precise. Your ammunition environment should be too.

Load development is built on repeatability. ARMAX brings that same standard to the ammunition compartment before the round ever reaches the chamber.

When other shooters are leaving match ammo to bake in the pickup, sit in cold wind, or collect moisture between stages, ARMAX gives you a chosen temperature, a managed humidity ceiling, live risk status, and a repeatable staging ritual that feels like it belongs next to high-end rifles and optics.

Dual mission

Keep your ammunition match-ready. Then test it against the weather before the weather tests you.

ARMAX is both a match-day conditioner and a weather simulator: hold a proven load in its winning window, then rehearse heat, cold, dry air, and humidity before you travel.

Mission 01

Preserve the proven load condition

When a load has already shown the velocity, group, and point-of-impact behavior you trust, ARMAX lets you stage ammunition in that same temperature and humidity window instead of letting the range environment rewrite the starting condition.

  • Match-day hold profile
  • Pickup-to-line control
  • Repeatable staging routine
Mission 02

Simulate weather before the match

Set ARMAX to a forecast profile, desert heat profile, winter profile, or humid morning profile, then test how your built ammunition behaves before travel, before the hunt, or before a high-stakes match day.

  • Forecast rehearsal
  • Load behavior testing
  • Environmental notes beside chrono data

Field advantage

Set the weather. ARMAX prepares the ammunition.

From the app, the shooter chooses the environment: target temperature, humidity ceiling, and operating profile. ARMAX turns that command into a controlled microclimate inside the case, so the ammunition is conditioned before the world outside gets a vote.

Temperature setpoints range from 5°C to 40°C. The exact setpoint and stabilization time achievable in use depend on ambient weather, direct sun, airflow, lid openings, ammunition quantity, and available power.

ModeHeat / hold

Set 40°C to simulate ammunition exposed to desert or vehicle heat. ARMAX can heat up to 40°C; the achievable setpoint and stabilization time depend on ambient conditions, direct sun, airflow, lid openings, ammunition quantity, and available power.

Command-grade control

A portable ammunition command center.

The premium impression comes from command: temperature, humidity, power, telemetry, updates, calibration, and proof all answering to the shooter.

03

Drive the hardware

Active heating, cooling, and airflow push the compartment toward the selected microclimate.

04

Leave with the record

Condensation risk, recovery, diagnostic logs, and session reports turn the routine into usable data.

Power and travel

8 hours off-grid. Charge almost anywhere. Fly to the match.

ARMAX is built for the way shooters actually move: home reloading bench, pickup, shooting range, remote camp, solar setup, external battery, and fly-in competition or hunt logistics.

01

Up to 8h battery mode

Run autonomously on battery for up to 8 hours, depending on ambient conditions, setpoint, heating or cooling demand, and lid-open behavior.

02

Home + vehicle charging

Pre-condition ammunition at home, charge from mains power, then keep the system alive from 12V/24V vehicle power on the way to the range.

03

Solar + external batteries

For long days and remote sessions, ARMAX can be supported by solar panels and external battery packs so the case stays useful beyond the parking lot.

04

Fly-in ready by design

ARMAX is built for air travel from the power system up: UN38.3 transport compliance, battery capacity kept inside airline limits, rapid battery removal from the case, and carry-on handling designed for confident airport movement.

For fly-in matches and destination hunts, ARMAX gives the shooter a clean travel story: certified battery transport documentation, removable battery workflow, and the confidence to move through the airport without wondering if the case can come with them.

Proof and testing

Complete validation material will be published after the 2026 F-Class World Championships.

The complete ARMAX validation package will be published after the F-Class World Championships at the National Shooting Centre in Bisley, England, conclude on 16 August 2026.

The published material will include video clips covering the following tests, together with detailed documentation of the test setup, environmental conditions, procedures, and complete telemetry.

Test 01

Stabilization performance

Starting from ambient conditions, ARMAX will be set to a defined temperature and humidity profile. The video will show the response of the ammunition compartment and the stabilization curve from the initial state to the target range.

Test 02

Lid-open recovery

The case will be opened and rounds removed as they would be during a competition string. After the lid is closed, the video and telemetry will show the recovery toward the selected target range.

Test 03

Environmental simulation

Desert heat, winter-match, and humid-morning profiles will demonstrate how ARMAX creates controlled conditions for ammunition testing before travel or competition.

Test 04

Runtime and power profile

Cooling, heating, hold mode, fan demand, AC operation, and 12 V/24 V vehicle power will be documented, including battery draw and operating time.

Detailed validation documentation

FAQ

What does ARMAX actually do?

ARMAX turns ammunition climate into a controlled part of match prep. It actively heats, cools, manages humidity targets, shows live telemetry, and keeps the starting condition of your rounds visible before they ever leave the case.

Why should a serious shooter care about ammunition climate?

Because precision shooting is built on repeatability. If the rifle, optic, load, and chronograph work are treated like serious variables, the ammunition environment should not be left to pickup heat, cold wind, sun, damp air, or guesswork.

Is ARMAX only for match day?

No. It has a dual mission: keep proven ammunition in a chosen condition on match day, then simulate heat, cold, dry air, and humid mornings before travel so you can see how a built load behaves before the weather gets the first vote.

What can I view and control from the case or app?

Set target temperature, humidity ceiling, and operating profile, then view battery state, TEC and fan behavior, condensation risk, live samples, diagnostic logs, session reports, firmware workflow, and setup support instead of guessing what the case is doing.

How does ARMAX fit real travel and field use?

ARMAX is built around the way shooters move: home bench, vehicle power, range line, remote sessions, solar or external battery support, and fly-in match or hunt logistics with UN38.3-ready removable battery architecture.

What cartridges and dimensions are we talking about?

The climate-controlled tray is about 10 1/2" x 6 1/2" x 6" (264 x 164 x 150 mm), with room for cartridges up to .50 cal. The external transport footprint is about 18" x 11 1/2" x 12 1/2" (456 x 290 x 318 mm), and the device is about 18 lb empty (8 kg), before ammunition.

What proof should come with a premium system?

The validation documentation should show target vs. actual charts, humidity trends, condensation risk state, lid-open recovery, runtime behavior, app screenshots, factory calibrator screenshots, session exports, and signed QA records.

Who is ARMAX really for?

Precision rifle competitors, long-range hunters, and range validation teams who already spend serious money on rifles, optics, handloads, data, travel, and match prep, and want the ammunition environment to match that standard.

How do I get into the first production run?
